I have been on so many diets that I couldn't list them all if I tried. People are surprised when I tell them that because I am pretty slim and eat whatever I want (junk food included).
But I wasn't always this way. My name is Charlie Fields. I used to constantly cycle between very restrictive diets to out-of-control binges. I loved food, but hated it at the same time. Fortunately, I found something that healed my broken relationship with food. I relearned how to eat the way I did when I was born...by listening to my body. Instead of struggling with food, I learned how to truly enjoy it. And I was now able to manage my weight effortlessly.

The Am I Hungry?® Workshop is divided into eight parts.
Each part deals with a different decision point around eating, starting with "why."

Workshop 1: In Charge, Not In Control
In Workshop 1, you'll learn about the three eating cycles, and what drives each cycle. Also you'll find out why instinctive eating is the way you were meant to eat.
Workshop 2: Trusting Your Gut Instincts
In Workshop 2, you'll learn how to tell the difference between physical hunger, head hunger, appetite, and craving. Then you can use this knowledge to guide your eating for the rest of your life.
Workshop 3: It's Not About the Food
In Workshop 3, you'll learn what to do when you aren't physically hungry, but you still want to eat. And I'll show you the effects of each decision.
Workshop 4: Head Hunger
In Workshop 4, we go deeper in dealing with head hunger. Instead of trying to meet needs with food, you will find better ways to meet them.
Workshop 5: Goodbye Guilt
In Workshop 5, you'll learn the three questions to ask to figure out for yourself what food to eat when you are hungry. Also, you'll learn to deal with the guilt of allowing yourself formerly forbidden foods.
Workshop 6: Mindful Eating
There is no video for this workshop because it features a powerful exercise: mindful eating. Each person will bring a piece of food. Under my direction, you will eat it, one slow bite at a time. You will experience an entirely new way of eating , and you'll never look at a bite of food the same way.
Workshop 7: Just Right
Workshop 7 tackles the question: How much do you eat? Or, to put it a different way, when do you stop eating? Forget measuring or weighing, you will learn the secret that naturally thin people use at every meal to find the perfect portion every time.
Workshop 8: Self-Care Buffer Zone
In Workshop 8, the final piece of the puzzle will be revealed. You'll learn how to take care of yourself, as a whole person. This way, you won't be tempted to use food again to meet your needs. You can now deal with life head-on, and find more productivity, satisfaction, and enjoyment.
