I am so excited to finally start the blog I have been dreaming of writing for a very long time.

First, I want to tell you what you can expect from this blog.

  • motivational tips to keep you going toward your fitness goals
  • insights on changing the way you eat without feeling deprived
  • training suggestions for maximum results in minimum time

Now, I want to explain what homobody is all about. It’s not just about gay people. It’s kind of like FUBU, meaning it was made by and designed for gay people, but everyone can use it.

It’s not about obsessing over your body or exercise or eating right.

It’s about getting the body you want without sacrificing your time, energy, or lifestyle.

You can look great even if you work 60 hours a week and party all weekend.

You can feel healthy and lose fat even if you eat out every night.

You can get into the best shape of your life while serving on three boards, holding down a full-time job, and taking care of two dogs and a cat.

You don’t have to be gay to be a ‘mo on the go. And you don’t have to be gay to have a homobody!
